Cat was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. 10 years ago she made the move to Canada to live the “ski bum life”, and moved to Calgary 4 years ago. Her passion for Real Estate comes from her mother being in the industry for over 40 years, and Saturdays spent roaming open houses with her dad, just for fun! Cat has devoted much of her professional career to customer service management roles. She is passionate about exceeding her client’s expectations and building long lasting relationships. At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him. He advised us on obtaining an updated Real Property Report and a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the process, if we didn't have one already. Part of his preparation included having our home photographed by a professional photographer that really highlighted all aspects of our home.
