Chris was born and raised in Lethbridge but has been a proud Calgarian for over 21 years. He graduated from the University of Lethbridge, where he met the love of my life and achieved my Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Kinesiology.

He comes from the oil and gas (natural gas) industry, where I spent 22 years, 15 of which were in management positions. He has always been intrigued by the real estate industry and has always felt real estate would be a right fit for himself and his family. He’s ecstatic to be part of the Justin Havre Real Estate Team.

Chris is eager to assist clients in all avenues related to their real estate needs, wants, and dreams. Through simplifying complexity in their Real Estate transactions, he is confident that his clients will see him for who he is and begin to build lifelong relationships. Working collectively together with clients is his top priority, and he will always happily be available to answer any and all questions that come my way.

Personally, he enjoys hanging out with his family and friends and pet dog “Blu.” He enjoys camping, water sports and any activity that gets him moving. Chris also has a passion for coaching. He coaches both soccer and hockey and is close to completing his “C” license in soccer. Chris has played soccer his entire life, played for the University of Lethbridge for 5 years, and played within the Alberta Major Soccer League for 10 years. He is fortunate to be able to coach his son in both sports.

Coaching is very gratifying for Chris as he enjoys seeing youths learn and develop into not only athletes but great people. He always uses the quote from Babe Ruth: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game” in his coaching and my life in general. He uses that quote to ensure the athletes he’s coaching know that mistakes are opportunities to learn from and develop.
