It's okay to put together a home office but you'll need to be prepared to disassemble the creation when you're putting your home on the market. When you convert one of the bedrooms in your home into an office space, your home can be listed as having two bedrooms plus an office instead of as a three-bedroom house. Create your office but be prepared to convert it back to a bedroom once again when it's time to sell your home.

Improvements that add living space, make entertaining easier, improve the efficiency of the house and improve the look of the house are all upgrades that will appeal to most home buyers.
