On June 28 the Symons Valley Ranch is having a Food and Fitness Weekend that includes a complimentary tuning clinic for bicycles and a taste challenge that's sure to be appealing to anyone. Bring down your bicycle and have it tuned up for free between 10 AM and 4 PM.
