Moose Mountain Horseback Adventures, which is headquartered just south of Bragg Creek, offers several different excursions every day. The Foothills Lunch Ride will take up to four hours to complete. It starts in the late morning and continues until early afternoon.

This ride is suitable for all levels of experience. The Mountain Day Ride on the other hand is a little more intense. It will last about six hours and is only for those who are intermediate riders.

Go Canoeing at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Boathouse

Did you know people come from all over the world to visit the Lake Louise Boathouse? Its true! This is because it is one of the most beautiful places you will ever see. It is an international attraction that is only a two hour drive away from Calgary. If you want to get a great view of the Victoria Glacier you will need to grab a canoe and hit the lake. The public is able to rent out canoes by the hour. During the summer months the boathouse is open from 9am to 9pm. Boats cannot be rented after 8pm.

Canmore is located right outside Banff National Park. Once upon a time it was a mining town that was tore down. Now it has blossomed into one of the best mountain resorts in the world. You can start your day by taking a nice hike up the scenic Grassi Lakes. You can then head into town to do a little shopping. Afterward you can end your day with dinner at one of the pubs in the area.
