Which Food Trucks are the Best in Calgary?

Food Trucks will soon be taking to the Calgary streets again and residents will have their choice of about 39 different food trucks throughout the area. However, not all of the trucks can make the list of the best in Calgary. Here are some of the top choices to try this year.

Steakout

You can typically find Steak Bites at the Mountain Equipment Co-op. they provide some of the best steak bites in the city and an Asian aioli for dimming, which is excellent.

Jelly Modern Doughnuts

If you love a great doughnut, this is the truck for you. They actually call it the "Jelly Van" and the doughnuts include unique flavours, such as salted caramel and marshmallow S'more.

JoJo's BBQ

Some have said JoJo's is the best BBQ in all of Calgary. It's a southern-style BBQ with a Canadian twist.

Blues Mobile

Cajun fried pickles don't get any better than what the Blues Mobile serves up. They also serve many other great Cajun dishes.

Blamwich

Another great food truck in Calgary is the Blamwich truck. The serve one of the best meatloaf sandwiches in the city, along with many other great sandwiches.

The Alley Burger

One of the most famous burgers in the city comes from The Alley Burger truck. They provide an original burger with a pork and roasted garlic sausage paddy, piri piri aioli and cheese curds.

If you love smoked meat, the Red Wagon Diner truck is right for you. They provide some of the best smoked meat sandwiches on local rye bread with all the fixins.
