New interchanges on the Trans-Canada at Winsport.
Nose Hill Park, a Calgary landmark and prominent geographic feature of the North West, is a large urban park and protected environmental area. It’s home to rabbits, deer, coyotes, bobcats, skunks, partridges, and many more bird species. The walking trails and bike paths that cut through the park are open daily for public enjoyment of this historic park which offers 360 degree views of the city. On the valley floor is Bowness Park with its lagoon and picnic areas, which has been a popular leisure destination for Calgarians for more than 100 years.
